Breath work for coming back to the present moment. Taking back control and changing negative response to a positive response for the path moving forward. Meditation & Mantras to help you reinforce your enough-ness for inner peace. The meditation session consists of going within and loving the amazing child in you without re-living the trauma. We do not visit the past to recreate trauma within, we release it and let it go. I AM Here to Empower You. To help you remember you can do this.
